Author: Albert Tan.
Tan states the truth in industrial society where young workers are not treated equally.Low salary, bad protecting service and wrong social justice for them. In his graphic design poster, we see a young boy writing the line "That's unequal.". More than one font is used to describe his idea. Font for "That's" is serif and bold while "unequal" has san-serif font and looks like scripts.
We can read the unity of the elements once put together. The while scale behind the boy, telephone, the paper he's writing on and the text represent for industrial environment.
There's a red map which occupies about 3/4 of the background. It may be a part of Africa map.
His eyes seem to be tired and soulless, and the face is full of worry. Albert might want to raise his voice to defend the young workers force.

Oh oh, I think you have a mistake in your analysis ,the red part is absolutely an adult face. In this case, it supports the idea that elder maybe a direct or indirect cause of this problem ( underage worker ). Properly, it's used dedicatedly to call the responsibility from adult and society who are mature enough to solve this problem ...
That's my personal opinion ^^ ...
Oh yes, I see... Thanks for your precious comment. It's really an adult face... with red tone color. How far my imagination go? ^^
I will be more careful in my future work. Thanks again, Chop...
